The Assignment Board

The inspector assignment board shows all pending inspections on one side and your available inspectors on the other. Drag an inspector onto an inspection to assign them — it's that simple.

Filter by Department

Use the department filter to focus on specific areas. This is especially useful for larger agencies where different teams handle different inspection types.

Check Workload at a Glance

Each inspector card shows their current assignment count. Use this to balance workloads and avoid overloading any single inspector.

Unassign and Reassign

Plans change. You can unassign an inspector from an inspection and reassign someone else with a single drag. The original inspector gets notified automatically.
