How to Manage Your Daily Inspection Queue Like a Pro

Tips for inspectors on prioritizing assignments, optimizing routes, and getting through your day efficiently.
Start with the Map
Before heading out, check the map view to see where all your assignments are. This helps you plan an efficient route and avoid backtracking across town.
Prioritize by Time Window
If contractors have selected specific time windows, prioritize those first. Morning inspections should be done in the morning โ it builds trust with contractors.

Use Offline Mode Proactively
If you know you're heading to an area with poor cell service, make sure your queue is loaded before you lose signal. The app caches everything locally.
Update Status as You Go
Mark inspections as "en route" and "currently being inspected" in real time. This gives contractors visibility into your progress and reduces phone calls.
End-of-Day Sync
Before you finish for the day, make sure all your offline inspections have synced. Open the app on Wi-Fi and let it push any pending results to the server.
