Why Notifications Matter

Perspecs sends real-time notifications for inspection status changes, inspector assignments, new comments, and more. Configuring them properly means you're always in the loop without constantly checking the app.

Mobile Notifications

On the mobile app, notifications are enabled by default. You'll get push notifications for any inspection you're involved with — whether you're a contractor, inspector, or admin.

Web Notifications

On the web dashboard, you'll see a notification bell in the header. Click it to see recent activity. You can also enable browser push notifications for real-time alerts.

Customizing What You Receive

In your profile settings, you can choose which types of notifications you want to receive. Turn off the ones you don't need to reduce noise.
